About Eleanor
I am currently working through my degree in Education at Griffith University and have guided children before in their learning journey. I have assisted children with learning disabilities and students that just need an extra push to get that grade they want. I am driven to teach by the impact I have seen it have in many students, both from my help and from help given to me and would love to pay it forward and guide you in your schooling!

My teaching methodology is personalised to each student’s needs but overall it is that effective teaching is engaging teaching. For students to want to learn, the way they are taught must be less of a “teach by the book” method and more of an invitation to learn. I believe that to achieve the desired grades and work ethic, teachers must be effective communicators, make content fun and engaging, allow students time to breathe, and cater for the needs of students that might need that extra bit of assistance. Of course this may not work for each student, which is why developing healthy relationships with your students is a key step in personalising each learning experience to provide the best outcome.
