About Levy
Over 25 years’ experience in design and construction management of general civil and infrastructure projects, including design/build highway projects, railroad relocation, and cut & cover tunnels, aerial structures, trackwork, multi-modal transportation facilities, and transit vehicle maintenance facilities. My heavy construction experience includes precast girder construction, precast and CIP segmental box girders, precast box beam projects, and many issues relating to deflection, camber, repair of damaged and cracked concrete structural components.
