About Aaliyah
My interest in teaching began at home with my siblings. Being the oldest of 4 children, I always had my siblings come to me asking for help with work and things they did not understand. My passion for teaching grew from there. I hope to help and inspire others in the way I have them.
I completed my teaching degree at the University of Pretoria, becoming a Golden Key Member, and graduating with distinction.
I have experience teaching in public, semi-private and private schools, as well as tutoring.

My approach to teaching and learning is an interpretivist one, meaning that all students interpret things differently, and form meaning in their own ways to understand things.
Lessons will be given in English and aimed at assisting students at different levels, ranging from medium to proficient.
