About Hiram

They will be guided this year by Mr. Ortega -or, better yet, Dr. Ortega- who brings experience not only in academics but in understanding the social and emotional needs of middle schoolers. As the title says, Hiram Ortega is a doctor of education who specializes in the impact of mindfulness practices to promote positive relationships and engagement for students. He knows how to challenge students while also supporting them in becoming the best versions of themselves. Your children are in wonderful hands.

About the lesson

I would love to help my future students with their literacy and speaking skills. I am very passionate about working with students from different cultural ethnicities and diverse backgrounds. I would be very happy to help with any reading and language homework questions.

I highly recommend Dr. Hiram Ortega to anyone looking to learn English in a supportive and encouraging environment. As a native Spanish speaker with a Doctorate in Education, he understands the challenges Spanish speakers face when learning English and explains concepts in a way that’s easy to understand. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his students’ success. If you’re looking for a teacher who will help you build confidence while improving your English, Dr. Ortega is an excellent choice.
