About Freyja
My interest in economics began with curiosity about how markets operate, how financial systems evolve, and how economic decisions shape societies and businesses. This fascination encouraged me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics followed by a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics. During the past 6 years, I have guided students through economics learning using patient teaching and supportive instruction. I enjoy simplifying difficult economic concepts into manageable lessons that learners can understand comfortably and confidently. Watching students improve their confidence in economic analysis continues motivating me as an educator. My teaching philosophy focuses on understanding, consistency, and encouragement instead of pressure-based learning. I believe students improve best when they feel supported and comfortable asking questions openly.
Throughout my teaching experience, I have worked with school students, college learners, and advanced students preparing for examinations and business studies. These experiences helped me understand the importance of adapting lessons according to different learning styles and academic goals. I use practical examples, case studies, graphs, and structured exercises to help students strengthen economic understanding steadily. I also encourage learners to think independently and build confidence through regular analytical discussion. Many students appreciate my calm and approachable teaching style because it helps them remain motivated during challenging topics. My goal is to create a positive learning atmosphere where students feel encouraged to improve continuously.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading financial reports, studying global markets, and exploring developments in economic policy and development studies. These interests help me bring practical economic insight into my lessons naturally. I believe economics education should strengthen awareness, confidence, and analytical thinking in learners. Over the years, I have seen many students transform from uncertain beginners into capable economics learners. Helping students discover confidence in financial understanding remains one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. I aim to support every learner with patience, clarity, and steady encouragement throughout their academic journey.

I teach subjects such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, supply and demand, market structures, international trade, economic policies, financial systems, business economics, and consumer behavior using practical examples and simple explanations. Every lesson is carefully planned according to the student’s academic level and learning goals so progress remains comfortable and manageable. Beginners improve through patient support with economic terminology, graphs, and foundational concepts. Intermediate learners strengthen market analysis, financial reasoning, and analytical thinking. Advanced students focus on economic applications, policy discussions, and examination preparation. I encourage students to understand economics logically instead of memorizing theories without context. My goal is to make economics learning practical, engaging, and confidence-building.
