My name is Kush, and I’m currently a first year student at the University of Southampton, studying Economics and Finance. Having achieved an A*AA at A-levels (Biology, Chemistry, Maths respectively) with tutoring experience at college (AGS), I believe I’d be able to guide you through your revision, helping whenever necessary, whether it’s specific questions or entire modules. Hello,
Before we will begin the tutoring session, I would need to know in advance what subject’s chapter we will be revising. I’d also require names of the specific school’s study books as I’d be able to access an online version. Prior to the lesson, I will revisit the chapter, writing questions to ask throughout. In terms of techniques and teaching methodology, that would depend on what the student is most efficient and comfortable with.
Lessons can vary from 1 - 2 hours, up to twice a week. At my secondary school, I have had tutoring experience as a buddy for Chemistry. Each students’ technique differs and it becomes important to adjust my own to match theirs. I am willing to teach AS/A-level students or younger in Biology, Chemistry or Mathematics.
