About Olivia
I am an ex economics student and Maths/Biology/Chemistry A level student offering tutoring for Maths, Biology and Chemistry from year 6 level up through to GCSEs. All 3 subjects I achieved high grades in and with all of my previous students have been able to increase their predicted grades for GCSE by at least 2.

Depending on the age of the student normally my first session with them will consist of going through their syllabus with a few questions for them to complete in each topic, this allows me to identify the areas they require work. Moving forward from this I will focus on these areas usually setting around 30 minutes worth of homework after each session to consolidate what we have covered. Once all weaker areas have been covered and improved my main aim is to then build confidence in the student across the board so they feel they can answer any question unaided. My teaching style is extremely adaptable and I have tutored kids with a new wide variety of ability. My main priority is to make sure the student not only learns but actually enjoys the subject by the end of our lessons.
