About Clark
I bring both proven results and professionalism to every student I work with. I earned a perfect 36 ACT composite score in December of 2020, placing me in the top 0.3% of test takers in my graduating class and the top 0.1% of scorers in Utah. This result came from deliberate practice and refined strategies, not shortcuts. As the founder of Brilliance ACT Prep, a nonprofit focused on sharing free ACT materials for underprivileged students, I made 7 full-length practice test guides, built a website to share these resources, and worked with local high schools to help students access effective ACT preparation. I have also been involved in serving through Latinos Engaged in Academic Development (LEAD) at Provo High School and currently work at an education technology company, Leland, which focuses on democratizing access to high-quality education, coaching, and career preparation. I take pride in being reliable, organized, and deeply committed to my students’ success.

Hi, I’m Clark. I had to take the ACT four times to reach my goal score, and I don’t want other students to go through that same stressful, inefficient process. I love teaching, enjoy working with students, and I also speak Spanish, which helps me connect with a wider range of families.
How my tutoring works
