About Gowseegan
My name is Gowseegan, and I am passionate about helping students understand Economics in a clear, simple and practical way. I know that Economics can sometimes feel difficult because it combines theory, diagrams, calculations and real-world analysis. My aim is to make these topics easier to understand and help students build confidence step by step.
I have a strong academic background in Economics and experience in economic analysis, research and data interpretation. This allows me to explain economic concepts not only from a textbook perspective, but also by connecting them to real-world examples, current issues and practical applications.
I am patient, supportive and organised in my teaching. I take time to understand each student’s learning needs and adapt my lessons accordingly. Whether a student needs help with basic concepts, exam preparation, essay writing, diagrams, statistics or applied economics, I focus on giving clear explanations and constructive guidance.
My goal is to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions, make mistakes and improve. I am committed to helping each student strengthen their knowledge, improve their academic performance and develop a genuine interest in Economics.

My lessons are designed to make Economics clear, structured and easier to apply. I focus on helping students understand the logic behind each topic rather than memorising definitions only.
At the beginning, I identify the student’s current level, learning goals and areas of difficulty. Each lesson is then planned around those needs. I explain concepts step by step using simple language, diagrams, real-world examples and exam-style questions. For topics such as microeconomics and macroeconomics, I pay close attention to definitions, diagrams, explanations and evaluation points. For quantitative topics, I guide students through calculations and data interpretation carefully.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes. The lesson usually includes a short recap, explanation of the main topic, guided practice, student questions and a summary of key points to revise after the lesson.
My lessons are suitable for GCSE, A level, undergraduate and master’s students who want support with Economics, statistics, essay writing, exam preparation, assignments or applied economic analysis.
