About Ameerah
I began tutoring during my time at university and quickly discovered how rewarding it is to support students on their academic journey. I enjoy playing sports and listening to music in my free time.
I began helping my peers with maths in secondary, which then trickled into A Levels. Over the years, I’ve worked with students from Year 9 up to Year 12, focusing on GCSE and A Level maths. Many of my students have shared how much more confident and motivated they felt after working with me — several even saw significant improvements in their grades.
I believe that every student learns differently, so I take time to understand their strengths, challenges, and goals. My lessons are always tailored, engaging, and designed to build long-term understanding, not just short-term memorisation.

Hello! I'm Ameerah, a maths tutor based in Birmingham with a degree in Economics and several years of experience tutoring students from Year 9 up to Year 12 or generally brushing up maths skills . I specialise in GCSE and A Level maths exam preparation, helping students build confidence, master challenging topics, and improve their results.
