About Sadaf
Hi, I'm Saf! I recently graduated with a 2:1 in Economics from City, University of London, and I also studied English Literature at A-Level — giving me a strong foundation in both maths and English.
I've tutored part-time throughout university, and have experience helping younger siblings and family friends with their 11+ preparation and KS3 maths and English. I understand the pressures students face at this stage, and I'm passionate about breaking down concepts clearly so they genuinely click, rather than just memorising steps.
My aim is always to build both understanding and confidence, so students feel prepared and capable — not just for exams, but for their subjects going forward.

I take a personalised approach, first identifying each student's strengths and gaps, then building understanding through clear explanations and guided practice rather than passive learning. For 11+ students, I focus on exam technique and timed practice papers; for KS3, I focus on consolidating fundamentals and building confidence. Lessons typically run 60 minutes.
I studied English at A-Level alongside Economics (2:1, City, University of London), giving me strong footing in both comprehension/writing and maths. I've tutored part-time throughout university, plus informally tutoring younger siblings and family friends for 11+ and KS3 maths and English
