About Ivy
My passion for Economics began with observing how markets, policy decisions, and human behavior shape societies. This led me to pursue a B.A. in Applied Economics, where I developed skills in analysis, modeling, and economic reasoning. Over 8 years of teaching, I have developed a supportive and structured approach that encourages curiosity, independent thought, and deep understanding. I focus on explaining abstract concepts through practical examples, data interpretation, and stepwise reasoning. Lessons are tailored to student needs, fostering clarity, confidence, and analytical ability. I encourage active questioning, discussion, and application of knowledge. Outside teaching, I follow global economic trends, policy developments, and research studies. Integrating these insights into lessons makes learning relevant and dynamic. Witnessing students develop analytical confidence and critical thinking in Economics remains one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work.
