About Gerar
I work in product management at a technology company in Austin, Texas. Math was a challenging and rewarding subject for me, both in high school and college, and now I am trying to give back by helping make this often obtusely presented subject easier to understand.

Personalization. I believe in listening, and teaching to individual needs as opposed to following a formulaic curriculum. Solving an example step by step, clearing up points of confusion as they arise, and then letting the student solve a similar problem to stimulate active recall, is my preferred method.
