I currently work part-time as an Early Childhood Educational Assistant to children ages six months to six years while studying to become an Early Childhood Educator. I have previous experience as a support worker in elementary schools where my focus was working with children that have disabilities.

I follow a basic outline lesson plan and individualize it to each child. We will focus on the child's learning style and how what they do understand relates to what they do not. I have assisted many children with disabilities find a way of learning that works for them.
