I am a Early Childhood Education major and am one semester away from having my Bachelors degree. I have experience in teaching Language Arts in a small group and individual setting. I worked for four years at Union Public Schools in the past as a Language Arts Aide and have taken many courses on education.

I prefer to be very hands on in my teaching approach. I believe that working with manipulatives and implementing movement, music, or using the five senses will lead to a more concrete grasp on the subject that is being learned. My approach can be described as learner centered. I would like the student to have an active role in the lessons as opposed to a lecture centered teacher approach.
