About Marie
I am a Singing tutor with more than 15 years of experience, teaching school students, college learners, and working professionals who wish to improve or rediscover their voice. My teaching is built on understanding, communication, and a strong belief that anyone can learn to sing with the right guidance and practice. I follow a personalized teaching approach where I study each student’s voice, learning style, and goals. This helps me create lessons that match their needs. My sessions include warm-ups, breathing techniques, vocal exercises, tone polishing, pitch correction, and expression training.
I also use simple explanations and real examples from everyday life to make learning easier and more practical. Apart from singing, I teach related subjects such as music theory basics, ear training, rhythm exercises, and performance preparation. These topics give students the complete experience of learning music and help them perform confidently on stage or in recordings. One of my unique skills is helping students overcome stage fear and build confidence. I guide them on how to use body language, facial expressions, and emotional connection while singing. I also encourage creativity, allowing students to experiment with different styles and understand their strengths. My classes are friendly, open, and comfortable.
