About Rose
Have you ever wondered why your hands feel stuck when trying to master a complex passage? Most of my 267 students come to me wanting to bridge the gap between reading notes and making music.
I bring 6 years of experience to help you refine your posture, hand position, and overall technique. We work on music theory and rhythm to ensure you understand the architecture of your pieces.
Everything becomes easier with clear guidance. I also teach accompaniment skills and jazz improvisation for those wanting to expand their creative toolkit. You will learn memory techniques that actually stick. It is genuinely fun to see students transform their playing.

Purposeful practice is the primary key to long term musical success. I start every student with a diagnostic playing assessment before we set a learning plan that fits their unique needs. This ensures we waste no time on concepts you already understand well. We move directly to the areas needing the most attention.
My approach leans on the 6 years I spent studying piano alongside my vocal degree. I integrate classical repertoire with modern techniques to keep things engaging throughout our time together. We prioritize steady progress over mindless repetition every week. It is a very effective way to study.
