About Ann
With 8 years of experience in teaching and professional work, I have built a strong foundation as a dedicated piano tutor. I teach school and college students, guiding them carefully from their first lesson to confident performances. My passion for education and music inspires me to make every class meaningful and motivating.
Over the years, I have trained many beginners who later developed excellent playing skills and stage confidence. One of the proud milestones in my career was seeing my students perform in school programs and receive appreciation for their hard work. I believe that piano learning builds discipline, patience, and creativity.
My teaching style focuses on clear basics, proper hand technique, rhythm accuracy, and musical expression. I create a supportive and positive environment where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace. Teaching piano is not just my job; it is my way of shaping confident and creative individuals.

My piano teaching philosophy combines discipline and artistic growth through Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I create a comfortable and respectful learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and improve without fear. I motivate students by guiding them to set realistic goals and maintain consistent practice habits.
Communication is clear and patient, covering topics such as note values, rhythm counting, scale exercises, chord structures, and expressive playing techniques in simple language. I demonstrate each technique carefully and supervise practice to ensure correct understanding. Integrity is central to my teaching, as I maintain punctuality, structured lesson plans, and honest evaluation of progress.
Creativity is developed through improvisation sessions, melody creation, chord exploration, and emotional interpretation of music. Besides piano, I also provide instruction in music theory, sight reading, ear training, and keyboard fundamentals for complete musical training.
