I’m currently a second-year student at the University of Canterbury, studying with a strong academic background that includes being dux of my school and achieving the highest-ever national scholarship result in my school’s history.
Beyond my academic achievements, I ran the peer tutoring at my school, where I volunteered countless hours to support fellow students in achieving their academic goals. My experience allowed me to work with diverse students, each with unique learning styles and challenges. I want to inspire confidence in my students by providing clear explanations, consistent support, and practical techniques that foster understanding and exam success.

I believe students learn best by doing, so my lessons emphasize working through exam-style problems together while developing a deep understanding of key concepts. I support this understanding by connecting topics to real-life examples and applications, making the content more engaging and relevant.
Lessons run for 1 to 2 hours and are tailored to suit each student’s goals and pace. I tutor NCEA Level 2 and 3 students in Calculus, Physics, and Chemistry.
While I’m currently a second-year student at the University of Canterbury, I bring experience from one-on-one tutoring and teaching scholarship-level classes as a guest tutor at my former high school. I was the highest-achieving national scholar in my school's history. I know what excellence looks like and want to help others reach it.
