About Megan
I'm Megan, a Politics and International Relations student at Durham University, where I achieved the highest average grade in my first year. I have experience tutoring students of varying ages across English Literature, English Language, History, Politics, and International Relations, and I tailor every session to the individual needs of my student.
Beyond my degree, I've developed strong communication and mentoring skills through a range of leadership roles — including President of Durham's Public Speaking and Debating Society, where I coach members in argumentation and critical thinking, and Head Freshers' Representative, where I led a team of 60 to support over 600 students. I'm also a published researcher and Policy Fellow at the Pinsker Centre, which means my knowledge extends well beyond the classroom.
I believe the best tutoring builds genuine understanding, not just exam technique. My lessons are relaxed, flexible, and built around you — whether you're looking to improve your essay writing, get to grips with a difficult concept, or push for the top grades.

I'm a Durham University finalist — highest-graded student in my first year — offering tutoring in English Literature, English Language, History, Politics, and International Relations across all ages and levels, including GCSE and A-Level, including exam tips and tricks!
