About Pilar
I am a qualified lawyer with experience in both civil and common law jurisdictions. I hold an LL.M. in Commercial and Corporate Law with Distinction from Queen Mary University of London. I enjoy making complex legal concepts clear, practical and engaging, and tailoring my teaching to each student’s goals and learning style.

Teaching:
Practical and student-focused, using clear explanations, case law and real-life examples. I adapt lessons to each student's needs, including exam preparation, problem questions and essay support. I also use comparative examples from civil and common law systems.
Typical lesson length:
60 minutes, with longer sessions available if required.
Qualifications/experience:
Dual-qualified lawyer in civil law and common law (Argentina and England & Wales). LL.M. in Commercial and Corporate Law (Distinction) from Queen Mary University of London. I teach Contract Law, Business Law, UK Company Law and Comparative Contract Law, drawing on my professional legal experience.
