About Federico

I’m a London-based drummer, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter with many years of experience in live performance, studio recording and original music. I studied drums and percussion in Italy and I’m currently completing a BMus in Performance & Production in London. I teach beginners and intermediate students, and I aim to make lessons clear, practical and enjoyable. Whether you are just starting out or want to become more solid and confident on the kit, I can help you build strong foundations and develop a more musical approach to drumming. Lessons can take place at your home if travel is reasonable, and depending on location and setup we can find the best option together.

About the lesson

My lessons focus on building strong foundations in a practical and musical way. Students learn the core skills needed to understand the instrument properly: timing, coordination, technique, groove, listening and control. Music has always been a central part of my life, and I enjoy passing that on through teaching. My goal is to help students not only improve technically, but also feel more connected to the instrument and more confident in their own playing.

Federico is a very dedicated teacher. He taught me how to use fundamentals to really improve my playing! Even gave me sticks and a pad to practice on since I don't own a drum set.

Now I can confidently say that my drumming has vastly improved.
