Ernie started me out with a simple 4/4 beat and as I got comfortable with it he showed me how to improvise to add on extra riffs to make it more complicated and also how to alternate between the Hi-hat and Ride cymbal. He also taught me to use Dynamics in different songs for effect... I really enjoyed learning different nuances in playing and it was really fun to learn a lot of the things he discussed with me.
He was a Excellent
Ernie was a excellent teacher and a very talented Musician. He was very patient with me and that made it easier to learn. I can't imagine a better Music
teacher.. I am forever grateful for
all the help he gave me.. Gregg Tribi
