About Maxwell
My name is Max and I am a DPT student at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. I am originally from Chicago where I am a certified personal trainer at The Fit Institute. I have a bachelor's in Human Health and Kinetics with minors in Psychology and Chemistry. I am currently in my 2nd clinical rotation in Evanston, IL. Therefore, availability will depend on my schedule, however I am more than willing to communicate for what would work best for both parties!

I am still a student who just finished anatomy and physiology in a doctorate program. I work well with others and can find ways to help people understand complex information. A typical lesson plan would include using images, fill-in-the-blanks, and other activities for students. I believe this is the best way to learn anatomy as opposed to being lectured at. However, I would feel comfortable lecturing information if that was the best learning style for the student at hand. I am also a personal trainer and have the ability to use the knowledge you learn into application. As with anatomy, memorizing can be helpful, but truly understanding and learning the information will only make it easier for your academic career moving forward. I feel comfortable teaching individuals of all academic levels, and I will do my best to meet the individual where they are at to provide the best possible help for them personally.
