I focus on individual's strengths and weaknesses to understand the need of going to depth of a particular topic. I like to start with building the concept based on theoretical knowledge followed by implementing it to solve the problems to grasp the given topics from their material.
I like to know, in advance, the topics that students want to study in order to be prepared to avoid any lags during the session.
