About Hope
I am a college student at IU and I have excelled in English classes for many years. Throughout high school I enrolled in Advanced Placement and Dual Credit English classes and continued this love into a College setting. I have taken creative writing, intensive writing, and poetry classes as well as college prep and Essay workshops. I also bring with me a passion for reading and stories of all kind and in turn guiding analytical thought about each work. I have aided many fellow student, peers, and friends over the course of my education and would like to pass along knowledge to future generations.

I approach teaching English as a way to open and aid peoples understanding of the world around them. I hope to inspire people of all ages from elementary levels to enthusiastic high school students! My goal is to aid in the understanding of reading and writing, how to think analytically, how to approach resumes and cover letters, and how to make yourself a better writer, reader, and lover of the English language. No matter what level or pace is right for you my approach is to build up your confidence with patience and a guiding hand. It doesn't matter if you're a visual, physical, or any other type of learner we can find a way to have you excel. English is a skill that builds, not only upon itself but as the basis of all other aspects of life and education and my approach is to nurture that growth and slowly build upon it giving you the tools and skills to be successful in your future endeavors!

Details
For elementary age students the price is dropped to 10 dollars and hours. All students welcome, and if you are beginning with a elementary level of English literacy the price is 12 dollars per hour! I wish to make a safe space for all literacy level to develop their English skills.
