About Cynthia
Fluency often hides in the small details that most students tend to ignore. Rather than rushing through grammar, we focus on verb conjugation and cultural context to build real confidence.
You will find that listening practice feels much more natural when you understand the rhythm of native speech. I rely on 7 years of classroom experience to ensure your writing skills and vocabulary building remain consistent.
These sessions are designed for those who value clarity and a methodical approach to language. Working together, we will make sure your progress feels steady and authentic. I look forward to helping you navigate the complexities of French with ease.

Growing up in Montreal meant shifting between French and English before I could even read. My early schooling unfolded in French classrooms while the professional world later demanded absolute fluency in English. Since those days, I have dedicated 7 years to navigating the nuances between these two linguistic cultures.
I earned my Master of Arts in French and CELTA at McGill University to formalize this natural bilingualism. Currently, I focus on supporting adults and travellers who need more than just textbook definitions.
My work spans from conversation-focused learners to those preparing for high stakes DELF or IELTS exams. Most of my time is spent helping individuals bridge the gap between their current level and their goals. It is a rewarding process that relies on patience and a clear structure.
