A student mind is full of desires to learn and explore more, sometimes also in confused state having no answers to certain questions in the mind. By understanding the interests and skills of the students it is important to let the kid to grow in that direction. So, being sensitive I try to understand the kid and teach accordingly.

Give clear goals of the learning, explain in many different ways as much as possible,may be with simple examples of day to day life. Encourage the students to think, analyse and conclude about the subject. Finally, assess the students by giving small activities or assignments.
