About Me I have always believed deeply in the transformative power of education and knowledge. My journey began with a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, driven by curiosity about how people, cultures, and systems connect. That path opened doors to my dream career, but as I advanced, I realized that knowledge alone was not enough—I wanted to understand how people lead, organize, and make change happen. This realization guided me toward a new direction—management and leadership. During my Master’s program, I gained the tools to analyze organizations, design strategies, and work effectively with diverse teams. After graduation, I had the chance to apply these ideas in practice, leading teams and managing projects that taught me the human side of leadership—the art of motivation, empathy, and decision-making. Eventually, my desire to explore deeper questions brought me to the doctoral level. I wanted to go beyond applying existing theories to generating new knowledge about how education and leadership truly shape individuals and institutions. Now, with years of cross-sector experience and a solid academic foundation, I bring together a comprehensive skillset—from practical communication and people management to strategic thinking and theoretical analysis.
