About Judy
Have you ever wondered how the human body maintains its internal balance during stress? I explore these concepts using the scientific method and my background from the Stanford School of Medicine. Teaching 76 students has taught me how to explain complex systems like the circulatory system simply. I use my 3 years of experience to help AP Biology students and adult learners.
My method relies on clear explanations that connect anatomy to physiology. I enjoy seeing students grasp these biological mechanisms for the first time. Please reach out if you want to start a session.

Effective study requires focusing on the logic of life rather than memorizing dry facts. I challenge the assumption that biology is purely a reading subject by emphasizing metabolic pathways and enzymes. My lessons cater to IB Biology students and homeschoolers by using past paper walkthroughs as a core tool.
Every session integrates my 3 years of experience to clarify photosynthesis or microbiology. I provide the structure necessary to understand how respiration powers all living systems. Providing these walkthroughs gives me a sense of purpose in my own work.
