I have over 12 years of experience in the classroom working with students of all socioeconomic statuses and abilities. My students consistently show at least one year of growth (many show more than that). I believe in meeting each student where they are and building on their strengths. There is no one size fits all approach- learning must be tailored to the student and not the other way around!
