About Lucy
As a Spanish tutor with 12 years of experience, I have had the opportunity to teach around 150–200 students of all levels, helping them improve their language skills through personalised instruction and practical learning methods. I believe every learner has the ability to succeed when lessons are adapted to their individual pace, strengths, and objectives.
My classes focus on developing grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in a balanced way. I use engaging conversations, interactive activities, language games, and real-life examples to create meaningful learning experiences that encourage confidence and fluency.
I maintain a positive and encouraging classroom where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and learning from mistakes. Every lesson includes progress reviews, personalised feedback, and clear learning goals so students always understand their achievements and areas that need improvement.
My greatest strength is adapting my teaching style to suit different learning preferences. Whether students prefer visual explanations, structured practice, or conversational learning, I adjust my methods to maximise understanding and progress. I also provide additional learning resources that help students continue practising outside class.
My commitment is to help every student communicate confidently in Spanish while developing a genuine interest in the language.
