I want to not just train but also educate my clients as it helps them understand the importance of the sessions. This leads to dedication from both me and the client and helps with keeping up with the consistency.

About the lesson

Being a physiotherapist I know exactly how the human anatomy and physiology works giving me an upper hand over usual fitness trainers.
I also have a vast knowledge and experience about the changes that occur pre during and post pregnancy and how it affects the foetus and the mother. This helps me plan a very safe and effective training program for pregnant mothers.
