About Camryn
Yoga has been a guiding force in my life from a very young age. Growing up with my mother and two older sisters as yoga instructors, I was immersed in the practice from an early age, attending their classes and absorbing their teachings. This early exposure instilled in me a profound appreciation for yoga’s transformative power. Eager to carve my own path, I pursued yoga teacher training at Sweat Yoga in Los Angeles last year, where I deepened my understanding of various styles, including Vinyasa flow, Restorative, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Sculpt. Academically, I spent two years at Indiana University before transferring to Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where I am currently a junior. Yoga permeates every aspect of my life, guiding my perspective and actions. I view each moment as an opportunity to practice mindfulness, balance, and compassion—principles at the heart of yoga. Through teaching, I aim to create a welcoming space where students of all levels can explore and embrace the holistic benefits of yoga, fostering physical well-being and inner peace.
