About Justin

Hey, I'm Justin, Senior 3D Artist and Director of Etherion Designs, a successful brand on the Unreal Engine FAB Marketplace.

I've been learning game design since the early 2000s, hold a Bachelor's degree, and have had my work featured in games such as Palworld.

Over the past decade, I've also focused heavily on business, psychology, and performance, shaping how I approach creative work and career growth.

Whether you're new to 3D art or already working in the field, I offer mentorship focused on helping you build a clear, efficient path toward making a name for yourself in the industry.

About the lesson

Nearly all 3D universities charge 50k+ for a skill set that will barely land you a job, and most mentors online only focus on software tutorials that can be more cheaply purchased online.

As the director of a 3D game art studio with 20 years experience, many artists I've come in contact with have run into the same mistakes, and lack knowledge of key principles and technical standards expected in the 3D art field, because the higher-end knowledge found only in AAA studios barely reaches the educational front.

What I'm offering is the industry knowledge and direct guidance to navigate that path without the wasted time and money.
