About Richard
I am director of sport at an all boys secondary school in South London. I have played semi professional football for over 10 years and have a real passion for the health and fitness of young people. I have a first class honours degree in sport to add to this, as well as an extensive knowledge on the delivery of a wide range of sports.

I base my classes on fun and a high level of physical activity throughout. My students will be taught different skills required to achieve the main goal of the lesson, whether that is a physical skill needed for a certain sport, or to improve a certain aspect of their physical fitness.
