About Mackenzie
"Guitar became my primary instrument early on through a genuine fascination with sound. I started teaching 13 years ago because I wanted to simplify the learning process for others.
My approach is hands-on and very patient, as I know that building dexterity takes consistent practice. Most of my students appreciate how I break down complex concepts like scales, modes, and improvisation. I have spent my career helping 91 students find their own rhythm on both acoustic and electric guitars. It is truly rewarding to watch someone finally bridge the gap between reading tabs and playing with authentic feeling."
