About Ryan
I am an enthusiastic hobbyist photographer. Photography has been a hobby and an interest for me since I was a little kid. Starting off with a basic point and shoot film camera, gradually progressed to more advanced SLR system, then eventually into digital point and shoot. It really got serious about 5 years ago during the COVID pandemic, I got a proper Canon DSLR system and started teaching myself through many online courses and many hours of just getting out and taking photos. Now I would like to help others learn some of those skills by combining my sports coaching skill to teach others how to take beautiful photos of the world around them.

I believe one learns best from practicing, so getting outside with your camera in nature is the best way to learn landscape and nature photography or next to the sports field. As an example: - We will start with some basics of understanding your camera, I know Canon systems best. - basic composition techniques - camera settings - tips and tricks 1 to 2 hours for the lesson. Can be multiple lessons if you want to get more understanding of a specific topic. Have over 20 years of coaching sports but new to being a tutor for photography. Although photography has been a hobby of mine since I was a kid and I got really into digital photography 5 years ago. The lesson can be for any age, mostly suited to beginner level. Can tailor lessons according to the subject you are interested in.
