About Lila
I am a dedicated French tutor with 8 years of experience teaching high school and college students. Over the years, I have successfully taught 150–200 students and helped them improve their academic results and confidence in French.
My teaching philosophy focuses on strong basics, regular practice, and student motivation. I believe students should clearly understand grammar and vocabulary before moving forward. I explain lessons in simple English and encourage students to practice without fear of mistakes.
I personalise my lessons based on each student’s learning pace and academic needs. I help students prepare for exams, complete assignments, and improve overall communication skills. I also give regular feedback to guide improvement.
One of my proud achievements is helping students who once struggled with French become confident learners. Many students have improved their grades and developed a positive attitude towards the language. My aim is to make French learning simple and successful.

My approach to teaching French is learner-centred and practical. I believe students learn best when lessons connect to real-life situations, so I use everyday examples and case studies such as travel conversations, professional communication, and social interactions.
I follow a flexible teaching style and adapt lessons to match the student’s learning needs and comfort level. Collaboration plays a strong role in my classes through discussions, dialogues, and role-plays that encourage active participation. I teach with compassion and patience, helping students gain confidence step by step.
In addition to French language instruction, I also support grammar practice, vocabulary expansion, pronunciation training, reading and writing skills, spoken French, cultural understanding, and exam-oriented learning.
