About Am
People often assume I've always been confident because they've seen me lead schools, speak to large audiences and deliver training to hundreds of professionals. The truth is, confidence hasn't always come naturally to me.
As a newly qualified teacher, I remember feeling nervous standing in front of a class. Like many people, I experienced self-doubt and impostor syndrome. Through reflection, continual learning and a commitment to personal growth, I gradually developed the confidence to become a Headteacher & Executive Headteacher, supporting schools, developing leaders and training hundreds of education professionals. More importantly, that journey taught me that confidence isn't a personality trait—it's a skill that can be nurtured, developed and strengthened.
Drawing on almost fifteen years of leadership in education, a Master's degree in Inclusive Education, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), qualified SENDCo and qualified yoga teacher, I combine evidence-informed approaches from education, positive psychology and wellbeing with practical coaching strategies to help people build lasting confidence, find their voice and embrace new opportunities.

Confidence opens doors. It shapes how we communicate, lead, build relationships and embrace new opportunities. Many of us experience self-doubt or impostor syndrome at different stages of our lives, but confidence isn't something we're born with - it's something we can develop.
Whether you're preparing for an interview, presentation or keynote, stepping into a new leadership role, returning to work, or simply looking to feel more confident in everyday life, these personalised coaching sessions are designed to help you unlock your potential through practical, evidence-informed strategies that create lasting change.
Every coaching programme is tailored to your individual goals and built around three key principles:
Reflect: Take time to pause, explore your experiences and identify the beliefs, behaviours and patterns that may be holding you back. Through greater self-awareness, we'll recognise your strengths and clarify where you want to grow.
Reframe: Using evidence-informed coaching, positive psychology and practical habit-building strategies, we'll challenge self-doubt and impostor syndrome, develop a growth mindset and build the confidence to embrace new opportunities.
Rise: Put your learning into action by strengthening your communication, leadership and public speaking skills. Together, we'll develop authentic confidence that enables you to lead with purpose, communicate with impact and inspire those around you.
