Lessons are designed to strengthen your swimming ability through purposeful practice and progressive instruction. You will work on breathing rhythm, body position, stroke technique, kicking, coordination, turns, floating, endurance, water safety, and efficient movement. Focused drills help correct technical weaknesses while gradually increasing stamina and confidence, enabling you to move through the water with greater ease, control, and efficiency.
