My approach as a tutor is patient, supportive, and personalized to each student’s learning style and goals. I focus on breaking down difficult concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps while encouraging students to ask questions and build confidence. A typical lesson begins by reviewing what the student already knows, identifying areas that need improvement, and then practicing together through examples and guided activities. I adjust my teaching methods based on each student’s needs and progress.
What sets me apart is my background in Psychology and my experience working with children and students with different learning needs. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and can provide support in reading, writing, comprehension, college essays, and resume writing.
