I'm very friendly and will focus on getting you using Spanish like a native speaker. I focus on developing conversational Spanish that you can actually use in real life, as well as being a general grammar/vocab nerd. As much as I love the subjunctive tense, building confidence speaking is more important!

My name is Nick and I'm a bilingual, certified Spanish tutor born in the UK but raised partly in Barcelona. I have several years of experience living and working in both Spain and Argentina, as well as translating/interpreting Spanish for professional purposes working in London, where I currently live. I love learning languages and have added Portuguese and French to my native English and Spanish. I graduated top of my year in Spanish (First Class with a Distinction, University of Durham in the UK) and can teach ELE, UK A levels, and university level Spanish. I also hold a TEFL certificate. Speaking is the most important aspect to language learning. In my experience, the best way to learn is to surround yourself with the spoken language - your brain picks up more than you consciously realise!
