About Erin
I am a student studying Economics, international relations and entrepreneurship. I have a background in tutoring high school and college English, reading, writing, economics and calculus. I am certified to tutor English by Montana State University. Additionally I have experience tutoring accros a language barrier and I’m comfortable working with a wide range of skill and knowledge levels.

My approach to teaching is very hands in. I believe it is far more effective for students to learn via adaptive methods of doing rather than merely listening to me talk. Additionally, I believe student oriented learning which caters to the student’s stated and demonstrated needs is a more effective method of tutoring. Students often have a base understanding of some concepts and need specific and targeted assistance. Therefore and overview, generalized approach is not useful.
