I believe in interaction.. Teaching shouldn't be a one way process.. It should come from both sides..
Also I believe in more of revision.. In my class I like to repeat ennumerous times along with my students so that by the end of the day topic as well as concept should be well versed in their minds.
My taking test is lil different as I like to take test in form of quizzes and with rewards.. So the students will be motivated all the time
