Hello, I am a dental student who is looking to tutor GCSE and A-level students in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths. I achieved grades 8 and 9 in all of these subjects at GCSE and grade A at A-level
To begin, I will administer a baseline test to assess the student's current knowledge level. Additionally, I will engage in a conversation with the student to determine which topics they have already covered in school and gauge their understanding of these topics.
I will focus on explaining the content thoroughly and ensuring the student comprehends it effectively. I will cover the necessary topics in a comprehensive manner during this session. Subsequently, I will guide the student through solving past questions and offering valuable tips and strategies related to the mark schemes. This will help them maximize their marks. To reinforce their learning, I will assign relevant past paper questions as homework.
Lessons will typically be 2 hours if I am covering content and if I am is going through exam papers it will be an hour so the student doesn't lose focus.
