About Helen

Working in Congress, House Ways & Means and Senate Budget, as a stenographer, qualified me as a professional holding one of the hardest jobs in the country. It requires having knowledge in legal, medical and technical terminology, as well as knowing grammar, punctuation and spelling. Learning the skill of stenography is time-consuming and laborious. It is like practicing a musical instrument. In order to become proficient, one must practice daily to write as fast as people speak. My profession evolved into closed-captioning for the deaf. It is a rewarding, high-paying profession where one works alongside lawyers, senators and congressmen.

About the lesson

In order to understand your health, wealth and politics, one must understand that everything is a system. By teaching you the healing techniques of the sister science to Yoga, you will learn how to heal yourself. Knowing your constitution will enable you to know what foods to favor and what to avoid to stay well. To understand the system of politics, it is important to know that it is a system and to be better equipped to choose leaders who can help us with a bright future. It is imperative to learn about wealth, not from our present Keynesian economic system, but from the Austrian economic system. Then you will be prepared for an economic collapse of our monetary system should it become a reality. It is important to be an excellent reader because readers are leaders. Statistically, if a child cannot read on a third-grade level by third grade, they will likely end up in jail as an adult. Reading is fundamental and so essential that I believe it is the most important foundation to improving the overall mental and physical well-being of all of us.
