• Certified Master Coach (ICI – International Association of Coaching Institutes) • Degree in Psychology, completed in Russia (international academic training) • 3-year training in Gestalt Therapy • Currently in 3rd year of 5-year Group Analysis programme (includes supervised practice) • Specialist training with David E. Scharff and Jill Savege Scharff – Working with Couples: Object Relations Approach • 3+ years of experience supporting couples through emotional conflict and repair • 5+ years of private practice with adults and families – focus on anxiety, shame, inner conflict and relational trauma • Fluent in English and Russian • Trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach, grounded in psychoanalytic understanding

I offer online coaching sessions for women, parents and emotionally sensitive individuals seeking clarity, support and depth in their inner lives and relationships. With over 5 years’ experience working with individuals and couples, I integrate psychoanalytic insight, ICI Master Coach certification, and training with David E. Scharff and Jill Savege Scharff in couple work. Together, we explore shame, emotional burnout, unconscious patterns and relational wounds — gently, safely, and with deep respect.
