My number 1 rule: Do not make passing/high scores your goal, let learning itself be your goal, and everything else will come to you easily. And that is why: I aim to bring subjects/topics closer to my students' hearts by showing them their importance using real-life analogies/stories/applications. I emphasize my students' ability to learn the subject/topic regardless of their level or if they were falling behind their peers. I assess my students' weaknesses/strengths and I constantly follow up with them to make sure they are overcoming their weaknesses and consolidating their strengths. Lastly, I always support my students, motivate them and believe in them! limitlessly.
