I’m a dedicated guitar tutor with over 7 years of experience helping students reach a professional level of performance. I hold a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) in Guitar Performance, which has shaped both my technical depth and artistic perspective. My approach is focused, structured, and tailored to each student. I aim to bring out your highest potential.
I have worked with students preparing for auditions for professional touring bands. These situations require precision, confidence, and strong stage presence. I also train guitarists for recording sessions, where tone, timing, and consistency matter greatly. Every detail counts in these environments.
For those applying to advanced composition programs, I provide guidance in musical creativity and structure. We work on developing original ideas and refining them into strong compositions. I help you think like both a performer and a creator. This builds a complete musician.

My teaching approach focuses on building strong and confident music reading skills on the guitar. I believe reading music opens more opportunities for every guitarist. That is why I use a clear and systematic method in my lessons. You will learn step by step without confusion.
We work on both standard notation and guitar tablature. You will understand how to read notes, rhythms, and symbols clearly. I also include sight-reading exercises in every session. This helps you read and play at the same time.
Rhythm is an important part of my teaching. You will learn how to read rhythm notation with accuracy. We practice timing, counting, and steady playing. These skills make your playing more precise.
I guide students who enjoy detailed and structured learning. I also support those who explore jazz and creative styles. You will learn how to read in different musical contexts. This builds versatility.
